I've been colour washing my sketchbook pages to make them a little more, arty. But, they make great backgrounds too, and there's so much depth and shape in them. I've recently been looking at Mark Rothko's work and I think I've inspired without noticing..

They're just in my sketchbook now as backgrounds for my college portfolio work but I'm thinking of making a collection based around seasons of the year, I'll keep you posted :)
