I was hoping to take a little rest from drawing for a bit - the last picture took a lot - but shortly after I finished I realized that I have a friend getting married and I have NO gift! The wedding is next month. So - I contacted the person who took her engagement pictures and got permission to use one of her photographs in a drawing. Not sure if I had to do that or not but I felt obligated - She was thrilled and even sent me a non-copyrighted picture (of my choosing) to use. All the ones on her web-site have a big old watermark so it was great to have the full picture.
So here is where I stand - I started this last week but have had almost no time to work on it - this week I am gonna buckle down and get some progress done on it!
And an update as of today - I am going much much too slow!
